Terms of Service

These terms govern use of this application and the Media RSS feeds it produces. They supplement the terms of the websites it serves — HELLO! binding contract terms and the HOLA! USA legal notice — which continue to apply to those websites and their content.
1. Who provides this service
The service is operated by HELLO! LTD (Wellington House, 69–71 Upper Ground, London SE1 9PQ, United Kingdom) for the HELLO! feed and by ¡HOLA!, Inc. for the HOLA! USA feed, both part of the HOLA, S.L. group (Calle Miguel Ángel 1, 28010 Madrid, Spain). Enquiries: privacy@hellomagazine.com or ayuda@hola.com.
2. What the service is
The service generates MRSS feeds listing each brand's own recent TikTok posts, for distribution to syndication partners. Each feed entry links to the post on TikTok and to TikTok's embeddable player. The service does not host, copy or alter video files.
3. Permitted use
Feed URLs are made available to authorised syndication partners for the purpose agreed with us. You may not access, poll, scrape, redistribute or resell the feeds, or the content they reference, outside that agreed purpose or without our written permission. You may not present the content in a way that misrepresents its source, removes attribution, or implies endorsement by HELLO!, HOLA! or TikTok.
4. Intellectual property
All content referenced by the feeds is owned by HOLA, S.L., HELLO! LTD, ¡HOLA!, Inc. or their licensors, and nothing here transfers any right in it. Playback occurs through TikTok's player and is additionally subject to TikTok's own terms of service. Trade marks, including HELLO!, ¡HOLA! and TikTok, remain the property of their respective owners; this application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by TikTok.
5. Availability and no warranty
The service is provided "as is" and depends on the TikTok API, which we do not control. We do not warrant that feeds will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or complete, or that any particular post will appear. Feeds are cached and may be served from cache, so content may lag behind TikTok by a short period.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from use of the service or reliance on feed content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Suspension
We may modify, suspend or withdraw the service, or any partner's access to it, at any time — including where use breaches these terms or TikTok's own terms and developer policies.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
9. Governing law
For the HELLO! feed, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction. For the HOLA! USA feed, the governing law and jurisdiction stated in the ¡HOLA!, Inc. legal notice apply.
